If the rental went well, and you don’t need to claim the security deposit, it will take care of itself : the security deposit expires automatically at the date you have chosen.

However, you can make the security deposit expire before it automatically expires.

From your dashboard, you can click on « End » in order to release the security deposit. By clicking on this button, your client receives an email, in which we specify that his security deposit has expired and that you will not be able to cash on his bank card.
