If you do not carry out any inventory with your clients, and they notice damage upon arrival, we give them the opportunity by email to make an online check-in by taking photos and making comments that they can upload onto our check-in platform.

Once this has been done, you are notified by email of any damages found by your client.

This option can be enabled or disabled from your Swikly account.

At any time, you can check these photos on your dashboard, by clicking on « Details » next to the relevant transaction.
