To accept the swik request, your client has to click on the « Click here to confirm » button in the request you sent by email.

They are then redirected to a secure template (more details about the email sent to your client here), in which they will have to fill in their personal informations (first name, surname, email address, postal address and phone number), and his bank card details in order to confirm their security deposit or his online payment.

A 3DSecure code is immediately sent by the bank of the client to validate his identity and their transaction.

Once your customer's credit card has been validated and their identity verified thanks to the 3DS code, you and your client receive an email confirmation.
