Yes ! If you have requested an online payment to your client, and you would like to refund him, just click on « Refund » next to the relevant transaction. You can ask for a full refund or a partial refund.

How does the refund work? We claim the amount you want to refund from your IBAN or from your debit/credit card, and then we make a transfer on the credit card used by your client to make his online payment.

How do I choose whether to be charged to my IBAN or my credit card? Your main payment method determines the method of refund.

• If you have chosen your IBAN as your main payment method, the refund will be done from your bank account
• If you have chosen your debit/credit card as your main payment method, the refund will appear on the account linked to your debit/credit card.
