By subscribing to the Security Deposit Insurance, tenants are covered for accidental damages occurring during their stay. Non-accidental damages caused by a festive event or subletting as well as additional cleaning costs are excluded.   

The details of the list of exclusions are specified in the Information Notice sent to the tenant following his subscription.
