If you are not able to make your security deposit, several reasons are possible:



  • Incorrect card details : Please check the details you entered in the Swikly online secured form


  • 3DS authentication failed : you did not enter the 3DS code sent by your bank to your mobile phone or you did not follow the indications from your bank in order to confirm your online transaction


  • Your bank refused the transaction with Swikly (maybe as a security precaution) : please contact them to confirm the validity of the transaction

 

In most cases, an error message gives you the reason for the failure.
